At Burnt Butter, all items are eligible for a return, including sale items, provided they meet the conditions outlined below.
Returns must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, unworn, and returned with original tags still attached.
To initiate a return, please contact us at [support@email.com]. Refund requests must be submitted by email and require approval, as we will provide the appropriate return address once your request is reviewed. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Once an approved return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Refunds are typically initiated within 1–2 business days of receiving the returned item. Requests submitted within the 14-day return window will be honored, even if the refund process begins after the window has closed.
If an item arrives damaged, a full refund will be issued only with clear photo evidence provided within the return request. Any evidence of AI-generated, altered, or manipulated images submitted in support of a damage claim will be documented and reported to the appropriate authorities.
